Dana is a skilled litigator with a focused practice in construction, commercial and insurance litigation. She has successfully represented a broad spectrum of clients, including owners, developers, contractors, design professionals, material suppliers, and insurance carriers, in high-stakes, multi-million-dollar disputes involving construction defects,project delays, construction liens, insurance coverage, and complex contract claims. Her strategic approach and advocacy have earned favorable outcomes in both trial and alternative dispute resolution settings.
Dana earned her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Florida International University College of Law. During law school, she served as a Judicial Extern to former Florida Supreme Court Chief Justice R. Fred Lewis and to Justice Barbara Lagoa, then of the Florida Third District Court of Appeal and now serving on the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She later returned to her alma mater as an adjunct professor, teaching upper-level legal writing and mentoring the next generation of legal professionals.
