Hudson Lambert Parrott, LLC is pleased to announce Dana Chaaban as the firm’s newest Partner. Dana has focused her practice on complex construction law, guiding clients through all phases of the construction process.

Dana represents and advises general contractors, subcontractors, owners, developers, and related entities in various legal and business matters. Her services include, among others, contract drafting and negotiation, project counsel, dispute and claims avoidance, guidance, and preparation, lien preparation and enforcement, statutory and regulatory compliance, and litigation. Dana graduated from Florida International University College of Law, where she later served as an adjunct professor focusing on upper-level legal writing.
