HLP Partner Dana Chaaban Earns Florida Bar Board Certification in Construction Law

Hudson Lambert Parrott is proud to announce that Partner Dana Chaaban has earned board certification in construction law from The Florida Bar.

Board certification is the highest level of evaluation The Florida Bar confers on an attorney's competence and experience in a specialty area. Earning the credential requires substantial, documented experience in construction law, peer review by attorneys, and successful completion of a comprehensive written examination. Only about seven percent of eligible Florida Bar members are board certified in any specialty, and fewer than 500 attorneys in Florida hold board certification in construction law.

Dana practices from HLP's Orlando office, where she focuses on construction, commercial, and insurance litigation. She represents owners, developers, contractors, design professionals, material suppliers, and insurance carriers in high-stakes, multi-million-dollar disputes involving construction defects, project delays, construction liens, insurance coverage, and complex contract claims.

The certification follows a period of steady professional recognition for Dana, who was named Partner in June 2025 and selected as a 2026 ABA Construction Law Diversity Fellow earlier this year.

"Dana has built exactly the kind of deep, hands-on construction practice this certification is designed to recognize," said Kevin Hudson. "It's a credential our clients can rely on, and a well-earned one."

Congratulations, Dana.
