Local Regulations (Sandy Springs) Supplement State Governor’s Order

Most contractors believed that once Governor’s issued orders, then tracking local regulations would no longer be necessary. Tracking is still needed. Local authorities can issue supplementation to State Orders, such as the Sandy Spring’s regulation that allows construction to continue, but adds 2 additional safety requirements for projects in that area.
