Mr. Spitzig attended the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, where he was a student-athlete on the Men’s Swim and Dive Team and graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Business Administration. Building on his passion for athletics, he went on to earn a master’s degree in Kinesiology with a Sport Management emphasis from the University of Georgia in 2019. He then pursued his legal education at the University of Georgia School of Law, graduating with his Juris Doctor in 2022.

Mr. Spitzig began his legal career in insurance defense litigation, handling primarily personal injury and automobile accident cases, and has now transitioned to focus mainly on construction law.
