Ms. Hagood is a skilled litigator with 20 years ofexperience handling an array of litigation matters with a focus on auto/trucking,construction defect, premises liability and general liability.  Throughout her career, Ms. Hagood has handleda multitude of complex litigation cases dealing with multi-parties and highvalue stakes.

Ms. Hagood represents individuals along with corporateentities including but not limited to design professionals, generalcontractors, subcontractors and other trades. Whether proactively avoidingclaims, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, or defending her client’sinterests in litigation or other forms of dispute resolution, Ms. Hagood worksdiligently to achieve the results her clients deserve.  Ms. Hagood protects her client’s interests byguiding them in taking promotive measures to avoid litigation and advising themthe importance of risk management. Accessibility is paramount in Ms. Hagood’s practice, as she encouragesher clients to play an active role in the defense along with providing areasonable cost-benefit risk evaluation of the claims being defended.

In her free time, Ms. Hagood enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on the Florida Gators.
