Mr. Takeuchi focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis in the construction industry. His litigation experience includes disputes concerning construction defects, contract disputes, and fraudulent misrepresentation in both state and federal court. He also frequently represents corporate officers and directors facing breach of fiduciary duty and business tort claims.

Prior to joining Hudson Parrott Walker, Mr. Takeuchi gained a wide variety of litigation experience as an associate in the Complex Litigation, Investigation and White Collar Defense departments of a multi-national law firm.  In addition, prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Takeuchi spent several years teaching English to junior high school students in rural Japan.
