HLP is pleased to announce Cory Takeuchi as the firm’s newest Partner. Mr. Takeuchi joined the firm in 2022, and since that time has focused his practice on complex commercial  litigation, with an emphasis on construction litigation.

Mr. Takeuchi represents clients in state and federal courts, and before arbitration panels throughout the United States. He represents general contractors, owners, and developers in a broad range of construction disputes, and frequently advises clients regarding the applicability of and potential enforcement of certain government regulations, such as the False Claims Act and OSHA.  Mr. Takeuchi also frequently represents corporate officers and directors facing breach of fiduciary duty and business tort claims, as well as businesses and employers in federal and state litigation matters involving employment discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims.
