On December 1, 2025, HLP Partner Brad Parrott was featured as a guest speaker for the Construction 101 series, a collaborative initiative by the State Bar of Georgia Construction Law Division and the Atlanta Bar Association Construction Section. The series is designed to provide new construction lawyers with comprehensive training and practical insights into all aspects of construction law. These educational opportunities are aimed at strengthening the foundation of the construction law community to ensure its continued growth for the next generation of lawyers. Mr. Parrott’s presentation focused on common construction claims, including torts, statutory-based claims, and equitable claims.
