About Saba
Mr. Daneshvar is a construction and commercial litigator whose practice is strengthened by a technical background in civil engineering and building construction. He represents construction-industry clients in complex disputes involving contract performance, payment, project delays, defective construction, warranty obligations, termination, and other claims arising throughout the construction lifecycle.
Before practicing law, Mr. Daneshvar worked in the engineering and construction industries on large-scale infrastructure, residential construction, and multibillion-dollar energy projects. He earned both a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering and an M.S. in Building Construction from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a certified Engineer-in-Training. This technical background allows him to quickly understand complex project issues, work effectively with engineers and expert witnesses, and translate technical facts into clear legal arguments.
While Mr. Daneshvar has much experience handling matters through all stages of litigation and dispute resolution, he also brings broad intellectual-property experience to his practice. As a registered U.S. patent attorney, Mr. Daneshvar has handled patent litigation and prosecution, post-grant proceedings, trademark matters, copyright matters, licensing, and strategic IP counseling. His combined litigation, technical, and intellectual-property experience allows him to effectively represent clients in sophisticated disputes involving complex technologies and business issues.
Outside of his practice, Mr. Daneshvar enjoys playing soccer and basketball, hiking, making hot sauces, and world traveling with his wife.
