Mr. Vick focuses his law practice entirely on counseling, advising and representing clients in the construction industry, including advising clients in the negotiation of industry contracts, day-to-day management of risks and potential claims during construction, and representation of clients in all forums of dispute resolution. Over the last 22 years, Ted has advised and represented numerous regional and national owners and developers, general contractors, construction managers, and design firms in connection with construction projects located throughout the United States.
