Ashley Fields

Ashley Fields has represented owners, developers, general contractors, and subcontractors, handling both litigation and transactional matters. Her experience includes construction contract negotiation, risk management, and dispute resolution across the full spectrum of project delivery. Ms. Fields has also represented buyers, sellers, developers, and lenders on commercial transactions, including acquisitions, financing, and leasing. This dual perspective allows her to bridge the gap between deal structure and project execution.
