HPW elected William C. (“Chad”) Hayes as Partner of the firm as of January 1, 2019. Mr. Hayes joined HPW in the Summer of 2013.
Mr. Hayes’ practice focuses on commercial transactions and litigation with an emphasis on the construction industry. He primarily represents owners, developers, general contractors and subcontractors in public and private construction transactions and disputes throughout the Southeast region of the United States.
Mr. Hayes not only received his B.A. and A.B.J degrees in 2007 from the University of Georgia, graduating magna cum laude, he also received his J.D. degree in 2010 from the University of Georgia, again graduating magna cum laude.
