HPW’s client was awarded a 46 million dollar bid in connection with an environmentally driven sewer project in Tennessee. The second bidder challenged the bid, and sought a declaration that the bid was invalid. Following a trial, HPW achieved complete resolution of the matter allowing its client to complete the project.
