HPW defended an officer of an insolvent corporation in a suit brought by some vendors after all of the corporation’s assets had been sold. HPW, on behalf of the officer, made a Motion for Summary Judgment dismissing the officer from the suit, which was granted by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
