Hudson Lambert Parrott, LLC congratulates Tyler Adams on his recent arbitration win. Mr. Adams represented a subcontractor client against a general contractor who refused to pay its bill under a defective construction claim. After an arbitration hearing, the arbitrator issued an award in the subcontractor’s favor awarding them all of their damages, interest, and attorneys’ fees while denying all of the general contractor’s claims outright—a complete win for our client.
At HLP, Mr. Adams centers his practice in the areas of construction litigation and commercial litigation. Since joining HLP, he has represented general contractors, subcontractors, owners, and material suppliers in a variety of construction disputes as well as complex commercial disputes.
