HLP Partner Kevin Hudson and attorney Gabrielle Espy secured an arbitration award for an international general contractor client for the full amount sought, plus interest, arbitration costs and 100% of attorney fees - a complete victory. HLP pursued claims for contractual indemnity and attorney fees against an electrical subcontractor who refused to pay for the costs to correct its work. The electrical subcontractor raised a number of legal and factual defenses, all of which were defeated.
