The American Bar Association’s Forum On Construction Law has published a new book providing advice to all construction lawyers on recommended approaches to taking construction cases to Trial. The book is called the Construction Trial Deskbook, and HLPW Partner Anthony D. Lehman is one of the three editors of the book. The book is available for purchase now on the ABA’s website at https://www.americanbar.org/products/inv/book/414209645/
Mr. Lehman was asked to be an editor of the book due to his leadership with the Litigation and Dispute Resolution division within the Forum. “The book is intended to be a guide for all construction lawyers to turn to for advice, tips, hints, and guidance when their case goes to trial,” Mr. Lehman said. “The topics covered in this book start with a discussion on the Art of Persuasion and carry the reader straight through the entire trial process.”
Mr. Lehman is a Partner at the Atlanta and Greenville, SC law firm of Hudson Lambert Parrott Walker, LLC. He is a member of the ABA Forum on Construction Law’s Governing Committee, and he is licensed to practice law in Georgia, Alabama, and Florida. He is also Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar.
