Ms. Salley focuses her practice on commercial litigation, representing owners, general contractors, and subcontractors in contract-related disputes, including construction defect, delay, and payment disputes. Ms. Salley has extensive experience with construction-related environmental disputes at both the federal and state levels. Over the course of her career she has represented both downstream homeowners and HOAs, and upstream developers and contractors in water- and sedimentation-related matters, including complex Clean Water Act claims, and in disputes involving hazardous waste. Prior to joining Hudson Parrott Walker, Ms.Salley worked as an associate at a civil practice focusing on property,environmental, regulatory, and permitting issues connected to construction and real estate development. Ms. Salley also spent several years as a public defender, representing indigent defendants in criminal matters.
Ms. Salley leads the firm’s e-discovery practice, in which role she assists clients in developing strategies to increase the efficiency and accuracy of electronic discovery with the goal of reducing litigation costs.
Ms. Salley is a proud “Double Dawg”, having earned both her undergraduate degree and her law degree from the University of Georgia.
